MWA is seeking a talented Project Manager for a full time position in our San Francisco studio (located near BART Embarcadero Station). You will be working directly with our Director of Infrastructure, managing multiple civic infrastructure projects and bringing your leadership skills and breadth of experience to deliver successful projects. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining project budgets and schedules and contributing to the firm’s business development efforts. The position requires a solid working knowledge of design and construction documents. An ability to build and maintain relationships within the studio and with consultants and clients is critical to job success.

Requirements

  • Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited US university
  • California registration
  • Highly organized and possessing strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent team leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with and mentor team members
  • Experience in related work strongly preferred
  • Revit/BIM experience
  • Green building (LEED, CGBP) accreditation preferred
  • Experience working directly with clients and consultants
  • Experience in the development and management of project budgets and schedules
  • Responsible for overall project quality and staff performance on assigned projects
